Stainless steel sampling clean vehicle method of use :
Move clean sampling vehicle to the place needing sampling. Fix it and connect it to power supply. Turn power supply on and turn fan on.
Regulate voltage to right range (usually220V); Put sampling barrel in it after clean sampling vehicle works for 15min.
Take sampling barrel away after sampling. Turn off fan and shut off power supply. Move sampling vehicle to original place.

The mobile clean sampling vehicle uses a centrifugal fan system to inhale air, pass it through medium-efficiency filters and laminar flow hoods for pressure-equalizing output, and deliver clean air into the work area, so that the work area reaches the required purification level. It is also equipped with an uninterruptible power supply to facilitate sampling.
Repair and maintenance:
1. According to the cleanliness of the environment, remove the filter material in the coarse filter regularly for cleaning, and the interval is generally 2 to 3 months. * In general, when the non-woven filter material contains more dust particles and the surface is black, it can be removed for cleaning or replaced.
2. Sterilize the environment regularly (usually once a week).
3. Use a dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the working area every three months, and use the plate method to measure the average colony count of the clean sampling vehicle. When it does not meet the technical parameters, the cause must be found and repaired in time.
4. When increasing the fan input voltage can no longer make the average wind speed in the purification working area reach 0.32m/s~0.48m/s, it means that the dust holding capacity of the air filter is saturated and has failed, and it must be replaced.
5. To replace the filter, you must open the top cover of the clean sampling vehicle. When placing the filter, the arrow mark should point to the direction of air flow (i.e. downward).
6. After replacing the filter, use a dust particle counter to check whether the surrounding frame seals are good. If necessary, use silica gel to plug the leak. Then adjust the fan input voltage to keep the average wind speed in the purification work area within the range of 0.32m/s to 0.48m/s.
7. Use gauze dipped in alcohol/acetone lamp solution to wipe the surface of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp frequently to keep the surface clean, otherwise it will affect the sterilization ability.
8. Electrical faults can be repaired by referring to the electrical schematic diagram and electrical wiring diagram.
9. Perform the first maintenance inspection every month and fill in the instrument maintenance record.
10. After each use, clean the instrument immediately, hang the corresponding logo, and fill in the instrument usage in time.
